Request to share good practice

In the field of Open Science – internal policies, methodologies, guidelines and similar strategic materials have recently started to emerge in some institutes. We would like to map the current situation at all institutes of CAS – in order to be able to share good practice with each other and also to provide the most comprehensive basis for the eventual development of a similar document for the whole of the CAS. We would like to ask you the following:

• Does your department have an Open science policy/strategy, internal regulations or methodology?
• Does your department have a policy/strategy, internal regulation or methodology for Open Access publishing?
• Does your department have a policy/strategy, internal regulation or methodology for research data management?

If you have an affirmative answer to any of the above questions, please provide such material or a link to the relevant website where it can be found. Along with information on whether it can be shared with other departments as an example of good practice. If your workplace is in the process of developing such material, we would also be grateful for this information.
