Strasbourg astronomical Data Center (CDS) – dedicated to the collection and worldwide distribution of astronomical data and related information.

Federation of Digital Seismograph Networks (FDSN) – digital seismic waveform data in standardized format.
IRIS DMC – is one of the hubs for seismology that serves the international FDSN community, also archiving historical data from pre-digital sources.
UNAVCO – archives and distributes geodetic data (GPS/GNSS, InSAR) for research purposes.
GERM – a relational database of peerreviewed summary data on the geochemistry of all reservoirs in the earth.
INTERMAGNET – data from geomagnetic observatories around the world.
European Plate Observing System (EPOS) – a collaborative framework where many diverse communities of geoscientists and engineers aim at providing open access to geophysical, geochemical and geological data pertaining to the solid earth as well as visualization and modelling tools.
ICOS Carbon Portal – provides essential long-term observations required to understand the present state and predict future behaviour of the global carbon cycle greenhouse gas emissions.

Materials Cloud Archive – rovides FAIR & long-term storage of research data from computational materials science, with particular focus on sharing the full provenance of calculations.

HEPData – scattering data providing mostly documentation of published results (data points from plots and tables).
nucastrodata.org – hyperlinks all online nuclear astrophysics datasets, hosts the Computational Infrastructure for Nuclear Astrophysics (CINA), and provides a mechanism for researchers to share files online.

Github – an extremely popular platform to publish such output, and while behind Github is a commercial company, public projects can be stored for free.

SNDlib – contains realistic network design test instances available to the research community and serves as a standardized benchmark for testing, evaluating, and comparing network design models and algorithms.
Video Quality Experts Group – collects websites containing video content, including video test sequences.
Consumer Digital Video Library – provides a repository of video content that is suitable for determining the effectiveness of consumer video processing applications and quality measurement algorithms.

Worldwide Protein Data Bank – manages the archives of the Protein Data Bank, which provides a repository of information about the 3D structures of proteins, nucleic acids, and complex assemblies.
Cambridge Crystallographic Data Centre – a key resource for small molecule crystallography data.
UniProt – covers direct sequencing data for proteins.
ProteomeXchange – deals with mass spectrometry proteomics data.
PRIDE Archive – deal with mass spectrometry proteomics data as well.

ChemSpider – a free chemical structure database providing fast text and structure search access to over 67 million structures from hundreds of data sources.

PsychData – a data-sharing platform developed by The Leibniz Institute for Psychology Information
OpenNeuro – a platform for cognitive neuroscience which allows the sharing of MRI, MEG, EEG, iEEG, and ECoG data.

Czech Social Science Data Archive – acquires, stores and makes available social science research data.
