The EOSC CZ Training Centre will host a webinar on 16 March 16, 2026, focused on digital data collections (research output type T) and their registration in the National Metadata Directory (NMA). The webinar is primarily aimed at coordinators of the Registry of Information on Results (RIV) and other staff involved in reporting research outputs, but all interested members of the research community are welcome to join.

With the introduction of the new research output type Digital Data Collection (T), reporting it in RIV also requires providing the URL of the corresponding record in NMA. We have previously covered digital data collections and reporting requirements in more detail in this article. The webinar will explain the role of NMA in this process and demonstrate how to generate the URL needed to report a type T research output in RIV. A practical demonstration of manually creating a record will also be included.
