New Document Templates

As part of the FR CESNET project, new document templates have been created for exporting DMPs in the DSW and FAIR Wizard tools, tailored for Czech funding providers – specifically for TAČR and AZV. At this time, templates are available for GAČR, MŠMT, TAČR, and AZV. All these templates are available in the AV CR FAIR Wizard ; you can find them under the “Documents” tab of each project.

Updates to Questionnaires (Knowledge Models) and Document Templates

The questionnaires (knowledge models) in FAIR Wizard have been updated. It involves the CAS Common DSW Knowledge Model and the CAS Life Sciences DSW Knowledge Model. If your project is based on one of these knowledge models, we recommend updating it. Instructions can be found in the guide.

Alongside the knowledge model updates, the document templates have also been updated. When creating a new document, only the latest version is offered. However, if your project has a default document template set, you will need to manually switch it to the newest version. Instructions are available here.

MŠMT Comments on DMPs within OP JAK Projects

Czech funding providers are increasingly recommending the use of the DSW or FAIR Wizard tools for creating DMPs. However, since this is still a relatively new practice in the Czech environment, it is necessary to gradually align funders’ requirements with the DMP format that can be exported from these tools.

Therefore, we are currently collecting feedback on DMPs. If you have received comments from MŠMT or other Czech funders on submitted DMPs, we would greatly appreciate it if you could let us know—ideally by contacting us at dmp@knav.cz.
