DMP requirements in INTER-EXCELLENCE II

Currently, on 11 November 2024, The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (MEYS, MŠMT in Czech) published a new requirement for the submission of the interim project report (PEZ in Czech), namely the submission of a Data Management Plan (DMP) under the INTER-EXCELLENCE II programme for international cooperation in research, development and innovation.

Deadline for submission of the PEZ: Within 14 days of the peer review process, but no later than 30 January 2025.

The beneficiary is obliged to include in the DMP the points listed in this guideline. In case of any aspects not mentioned here, the organisation’s usual method can be used – e.g. it is possible to use the forms used in the organisation and the software solutions available, but it is a prerequisite that an individual solution is developed for the project!

The DMP is delivered to the provider on its own form or as an export from the software solution used in the organisation, ideally in PDF format.
