UNESCO invites participants to an online presentation of results from the Global UNESCO Consultation on Diamond Open Access. This event will showcase findings from a comprehensive survey that received responses from approximately 2,900 participants across 92 UNESCO Member States, representing all UNESCO world regions. The consultation provides valuable insights into the needs and priorities of the global Diamond Open Access community.

The event will serve as a platform to share survey findings, discuss regional perspectives, and engage stakeholders in shaping UNESCO’s next steps, leading to the construction of a Global Framework for Diamond Open Access, aligned with the 2021 UNESCO Recommendation on Open Science.
