Webinar: Informed Consent in SSH

FORS and the Swiss National Data and Service Center for the Humanities (DaSCH) are organizing a webinar on informed consent in the social sciences and humanities, which is part of a webinar series on data management in SSH.

The webinar will focus on defining informed consent, its significance, and its scope of application in both the social sciences and humanities. It will also address its content and outline the five essential criteria that must be met to ensure its validity: consent must be specific, freely given, informed, explicit, and dynamic. The second part of the webinar will focus on concrete case studies, followed by time for discussion.
