Research Data Management – Lifelong Learning Course (in cze)

The Institute of Computer Science at Masaryk University is launching a lifelong learning course Research Data Management in Practice: Advanced Course for Data Stewards (Správa výzkumných dat v praxi: pokročilý kurz pro datové stewardy), which will take place in autumn 2025 in an online format, once a week from 17:00 to 19:00. The course lasts 12 weeks and it will be held in Czech.
The course is intended for more advanced participants who already have basic experience with research work, both researchers and members of project and research support teams. It will focus on the FAIR principles, types of repositories and their advanced functions (version management, creation of metadata records), legal and ethical aspects of data sharing, licensing issues, and the use of electronic lab notebooks.
Participants will receive a micro-certificate upon completion.
