In February and March 2026, CZARMA REGON will host a series of seminars with the Chair of the Czech Science Foundation (GA ČR) in Prague and Brno. The events will be held both in person and online and are intended for a broad range of professionals working in science and research, including staff from grant and project offices.

The seminars will focus on the funding calls announced by GA ČR for 2026, the evaluation of project proposals, common mistakes in the application process, and current developments in grant funding. They also offer a valuable opportunity to gain first-hand insights from the agency’s leadership and to discuss key issues related to research funding.

The main speaker at both seminars will be Prof. Milan Jirsa, Chair of GA ČR, together with other senior representatives of the agency. The Prague seminar will additionally feature contributions from representatives of the partner German funding organisation, the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft, who will present opportunities for international cooperation and current prospects for Czech researchers.
