New episodes of the EOSC series “Data Guardians: Mission FAIR”

EOSC.CZ presents two new episodes of the series “Data Guardians: Mission FAIR“, which focus on key aspects of the work of data stewards.

#5 Tools that Tame the Data Universe: The Superhero Toolkit

This episode focuses on tools and services that data stewards can use at different stages of a project and throughout the research data lifecycle. It highlights, for example, tools for creating DMPs such as the Data Stewardship Wizard, the re3data repository registry for selecting suitable repositories, and services services of e-INFRA CZ (CESNET, IT4Innovation and CERIT-SC) for data storage and processing. Another section addresses disciplinary specifications and the research data lifecycle.

#6 Find Your Buddy: Together It’s Easier

This episode is dedicated to the Czech data steward community. Online, the community is very active on Discord, where you can find project updates, useful resources for stewards, quick help, recommended tools, and more. Several in-person and online community meetings are held each year — the next in-person meeting will take place in Prague on 25 September 2025.
