Interviews with Prof. Homola and Johana Chylíková

In connection with the February presentation of EOSC CZ at the Czech Academy of Sciences, two interviews on Open Science and data management were published.

The first interview is with Professor Jiří Homola, who is a member of the CAS Academic Council and Chairman of the Commission for Scientific Information and Open Science of the CAS. In the interview, Professor Homola explains the importance of open data for sustainable and transparent research and also discusses the role of Open Science in the evaluation of science.

The second interview is with Johana Chylíková, who works as a data steward at the Institute of Sociology of the CAS. In the interview, she describes her journey towards data management, the role of the CSDA data archive and educational activities that help the scientific community to work effectively with research data.
