The Open Science Working Group of the Czech Association of Library and Information Institutions (AKVŠ) cordially invites you to Open Science Week 2026, which will take place from October 20 to 22, 2026, in an online format with a concluding in-person event in Prague and Brno. The programme will focus on current topics in open science in both Czech and international contexts. It will explore different pathways to open science from systemic and institutional approaches through international inspiration to specific disciplinary practices and hands-on research experience.

The event is intended for anyone working with open science or wishing to learn more about it – from researchers, librarians, and data stewards to project managers and institutional leadership.
