The University of Vienna is hosting the Fellowship of the Data – International RDM Community Meeting, which will take place on 21–22 September 2026 in Vienna. The conference aims to bring together professionals who assist researchers across various fields in their RDM efforts.

The programme will feature selected keynote lectures covering a range of topics related to data management, as well as workshops, a panel discussion on data stewardship, and a poster session. The event will also provide ample opportunities for networking and the exchange of experience within the community.

The conference is primarily intended for professionals engaged in Research Data Management, involved in RDM training, supporting researchers in their RDM, or those with a position called Data Steward, Data Manager, Data Curator, RDM Professional, RDM Officer, or all the other titles the community encompasses.

Call for Posters
Participants are invited to submit poster contributions presenting topics related to RDM. Preference will be given to innovative submissions that showcase successful data stewardship and practical approaches to RDM workflows, tools, training, and institutional strategy development.
